Directions

By road Leave M5 at Junction 30 take the A379 towards Exeter and Dawlish. Stay on this road as it curves to your left, in a loop. You will briefly join the A3015, take the next left at the traffic lights, signposted Pynes Hill. Turn left at the T junction, towards Woodwater Park. Vantage Point is at the end of this road on your left.

By Train

Exeter St Davids is the nearest mainline station and the journey by taxi to Pynes Hill will take 20-30 minutes.

New Forest

The New Forest is the UK’s most recently created National Park and was once a royal hunting ground for William the Conqueror. It covers an area of 566 square kilometres and is made up of vast tracts of unspoilt woodland, heathland and river valleys where deer, ponies and cattle continue to roam free. The area boasts characterful market towns and picturesque ports and despite being a magnet for tourists, it rarely seems to become crowded.

Directions

If coming from the A38 (in either direction) we suggest you exit at Marsh Mills and follow signs to the Barbican/City to reach Bretonside. Turn left opposite the Esso garage on Exeter St, signposted Barbican.

If coming from the city, please bear in mind that you cannot turn right from Exeter Street into Bretonside. The easiest way to reach the office from the city is to turn on to Bretonside at St Andrews Cross roundabout.

By Train

The nearest train station is 5 minutes drive away from the office by Taxi or a 20 minute walk.

By foot

Walking from Plymouth train station to Francis Clark office directions: turn right on to North Road East and follow for 0.1 miles, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto A374/Cobourg Street and follow for 0.3 miles.  Turn right at A374/Charles Street and follow for 0.7 miles go straight across at the roundabout.  Turn right at B3240/Breton side and follow for 0.8 miles. Turn left at Hawkers Avenue for a further 0.9 miles. Then turn left and Francis Clark is on your left.

We have some parking behind the office (entrance on Hawkers Avenue), please call reception to book a space. Other parking is available in public car parks signposted nearby.

Poole

Directions from the South (via A354)

Travel north along the A354 to the outskirts of Salisbury.  At the first traffic lights take the left turning along the A3094 towards Wilton.  Follow for approximately 4 miles to “Park Wall” traffic lights (T-junction) and again turn left towards Wilton. At next roundabout turn right (third exit) signposted “Park and Ride”.  Continue past the park and ride site (on left), go straight across the roundabout and continue to the crossroads at the top of the hill. At the crossroads at the top of the hill go straight across towards The Woodfords.  After approximately 75mtrs take the right turning beside the green Hilltop Park sign.  Follow the track to the car park area.  Francis Clark are in the L-shaped building on the left.

Directions from the East (via A303)

Travel west along the A303 to the end of dual carriageway and continue past Stonehenge (on right). At the next roundabout turn left onto the A360 towards Salisbury and Wilton. Travel south along the A360 for approximately 5 miles until you reach the 50mph speed limit and the “New Cut” crossroads, with Wilton signposted to the right and The Woodfords to the left. Turn left at the crossroads towards The Woodfords. After approximately 75mtrs take the right turning beside a green Hilltop Park sign. Follow the track to the car park area.  Francis Clark are in the L-shaped building on the left.

Directions from the South West (via A303)

Travel east along the A303 and pass through the village of Winterbourne Stoke. Approximately 1½ to 2 miles after Winterbourne Stoke, at the next roundabout, turn right onto the A360 towards Salisbury and Wilton. Travel south along the A360 for approximately 5 miles until you reach the 50mph speed limit and the “New Cut” crossroads, with Wilton signposted to the right and The Woodfords to the left. Directions

Blackbrook Business Park is situated adjacent to Junction 25 of the M5 Motorway.

Exit the M5 at Junction 25. Take the exit signposted Blackbrook Business Park into Blackbrook Park Avenue (1st exit from M5 northbound, 3rd exit from M5 southbound). At the first roundabout take the 1st exit. Follow the road to the end and turn left into the main car park. Francis Clark is the last building on the left.

The nearest railway station is in Taunton itself – approximately 5 minutes by taxi from our offices.

Directions

From Newton Abbot:

Take the main A380 Torquay Road from the Penn Inn roundabout, follow this road until you come to the roundabout at the bottom of Hamelin Way, go straight across at the roundabout onto the A3022 Riviera Way, after 300 yards take the first right at the traffic light along the Newton Road towards the main Torbay Hospital, after 100 yards along the Newton Road turn right into Orchard Way.Follow Orchard Way into the Business Park and on the left you will see Sigma House.

From Torquay:

Follow the A3022 Newton Road from Torquay to Newton Abbot, continue along the A3022, this road will change into Riviera Way. Carry on along Riviera Way past the Willows development on the right and through the traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights turn left back into Newton Road, after 100 yards along the Newton Road turn right into Orchard Way. Follow Orchard Way into the Business Park and on the left you will see Sigma House.

By Train

The office is 10 minutes from Torquay station and 15 minutes from Newton Abbot station both by taxi.
